I was out for a walk one day at sunset and saw my shadow and I was moved to take a picture. I thought that maybe shadows could be our conscience.

In the golden age of radio, in the 30’s, 40’s, and early 50’s, there was a popular crime fighting mystery called, “The Shadow.” The Shadow devoted his life to righting wrongs. The Shadow aided the forces of law and order…crime does not pay. The show had a very dramatic opening — “Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men? The Shadow knows!” – followed by evil laughter.

We could definitely use the Shadow’s talents today in some areas of politics, religion, business, sports, and wherever evil lurks.
