Sometimes when I go to the Harris Y to walk, I see an elderly couple strolling slowly around the cinder track. It warms my heart to see them, because not only are they exercising, they are HOLDING HANDS every step of the way. It’s so uplifting. Look at the picture and enjoy. In my wife Lucille’s book Free On Sundays she wrote a poem about holding hands.  I hope you have somebody to do it with.

HOLDING HANDS IN HEAVEN
by Lucille Thompson

Holding hands in heaven-
A dream? No – it must be real!
We’ll dwell among the angels –
It must be love I feel.

Our hearts will beat together
In celestial time.
Holding hands in heaven –
Our love must be divine.

I don’t know who the couple is in the picture but I dedicate this poem to them.
